Original Proudly South African Custom Shwewe Meet Qina, our mighty Everest companion.

Inspired by the yak — the iconic high-altitude animal of the Himalayas — Qina represents resilience at the highest levels. Yaks are found in mountainous regions above 3,000 metres, where oxygen is thin, temperatures are extreme, and conditions are unforgiving. Yet they thrive. With their incredible strength, endurance and calm determination, yaks are essential to life in these remote regions.
My team created this special mascot for my Everest Base Camp journey as a reminder that strength is not always loud or obvious. 
We named her Qina, which means “Strength” in isiZulu.
Qina represents: • Inner strength
• Resilience in challenging environments
• Hope that rises, even at the highest altitudes

Qina will make a perfect gift at baby showers, birthdays or Christmas.
